About The Position

AWARE is seeking an LCPC/LCSW for school-based services in Corvallis, Montana. The role provides clinical program supervision in accordance with Montana administrative rules and corporate policy for assigned programs. The clinician coordinates skill-building activities and works with supervisors, directors, staff physicians, and other professionals to plan and coordinate treatment based on each youth’s needs and strengths. The position monitors, evaluates, and records progress toward treatment goals and participates in treatment team meetings. The starting salary is $60,000–$70,000 per year. Requirements

Advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
At least one year of direct work experience.
Must be licensed or licensable as an LCSW, LCPC, Psychologist, or another license recognized and regulated in the State of Montana.
Clinical understanding of youth who are emotionally challenged and have learning differences.
Ability to assess youth and their families from a strengths perspective.
Ability to work with a variety of people using strong oral and written communication skills.
