About The Position

AWARE is seeking an LCPC/LCSW for School-Based Services in Helena, Montana. The role provides clinical program supervision in accordance with Montana administrative rules and company policy, coordinates skill-building activities, and collaborates with supervisors, directors, physicians, and other professionals to plan treatment based on each youth’s needs and strengths. The clinician monitors, evaluates, and records progress toward treatment goals and participates in treatment team meetings. The position is full-time, with a starting annual salary of $60,000 to $70,000.

Requirements

An advanced degree (MS, MA, or PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
At least one year of direct work experience.
Must be licensed or licensable as an LCSW, LCPC, Psychologist, or another license recognized and regulated in the State of Montana.
Clinical understanding of youth who are emotionally challenged and have learning differences.
Ability to assess youth and their families from a strengths perspective.
Ability to work with a variety of people using strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical program supervision for assigned programs according to State of Montana administrative rules and corporate policy.
Coordinate skill-building activities.
Collaborate with supervisors, directors, staff physicians, and other pertinent professionals to plan and coordinate treatment based on the experience, needs, and strengths of individual youths.
Monitor, evaluate, and record the person served’s progress toward treatment goals.
Participate in treatment team meetings concerning the persons served.
