About The Position

AWARE is seeking an LCPC/LCSW for school-based services in Darby, Montana. The role provides clinical program supervision and coordinates treatment and skill-building activities for youth. The position works with supervisors, directors, staff physicians, and other professionals to plan care that reflects each youth’s needs and strengths, and monitors progress toward treatment goals. Requirements

Advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
At least one year of direct work experience.
Must be licensed or licensable as an LCSW, LCPC, Psychologist, or another license recognized and regulated in the State of Montana.
Clinical understanding of youth who are emotionally challenged and have learning differences.
Ability to assess youth and their families from a strengths perspective.
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work with a variety of people.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical program supervision in accordance with State of Montana administrative rules and corporate policy for assigned programs.
Coordinate skill-building activities.
Collaborate with supervisors, directors, staff physicians, and other pertinent professionals to plan and coordinate treatment based on each youth’s needs and strengths.
Monitor, evaluate, and record the person served’s progress toward treatment goals.
Participate in treatment team meetings concerning the persons served.
