About The Position

AWARE is seeking an LCPC/LCSW to provide school-based services in Havre, Montana. The role supports adults, children, and families in becoming active members of their communities while focusing on personal growth. The position provides clinical program supervision in accordance with Montana administrative rules and corporate policy, coordinates skill-building activities, and collaborates with supervisors, directors, physicians, staff, and other professionals to plan and coordinate treatment based on each youth’s needs and strengths. The clinician monitors and records progress toward treatment goals and participates in treatment team meetings. The listed starting salary is $60,000–$70,000 per year. This is a full-time position.

Requirements

An advanced degree (MS, MA, or PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
At least one year of direct work experience.
Must be licensed or licensable as an LCSW, LCPC, Psychologist, or another license recognized and regulated in the State of Montana.
Clinical understanding of youth who are emotionally challenged and have learning differences.
Ability to assess youth and their families from a strengths perspective.
Ability to work with a variety of people using strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical program supervision according to State of Montana administrative rules and corporate policy for assigned programs.
