About The Position

Naturescape of Schaumburg, IL is seeking to hire a Lawn Care Specialist to provide our customers with outstanding services for their residential and commercial properties. This role involves managing a route and transforming landscapes, performing precision lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control. The specialist acts as the face of the company in the field, serving as a consultant and problem-solver, explaining services and addressing customer questions. Adaptability is key, as the role shifts with the seasons, including snow removal in winter. This is a licensed specialist position requiring state pesticide certifications. The company emphasizes a 'learning by doing' approach and invests in employee development, welcoming individuals with a 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn, regardless of prior lawn care experience.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs

  • Previous experience as a general laborer, construction worker, landscaper, groundskeeper, or lawn mower.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding services for residential and commercial properties.
