Madison - Lawn Care Technician / Specialist
About The Position
Naturescape of Madison, WI is seeking to hire a Lawn Care Specialist to provide our customers with outstanding services for their residential and commercial properties. This role involves managing a route and transforming landscapes, working independently in the great outdoors. The "office" changes daily, with tasks including precision lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control. The specialist acts as a consultant and problem-solver, communicating clearly with clients about their landscape needs. Adaptability is key, as the role pivots to snow removal in winter to ensure customer safety and mobility. This is a licensed specialist position requiring state pesticide certifications. The company emphasizes a "learning by doing" approach and invests in employee development, welcoming individuals with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to be coached, regardless of prior experience in general labor, construction, landscaping, or groundskeeping.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a general laborer, construction worker, landscaper, groundskeeper, or lawn mower.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding services for residential and commercial properties.
