This opportunity with our client is available as either a temporary assignment to provide immediate coverage or a permanent position for the right candidate. The starting pay rate for this role will be based on the experience level of the candidate selected. The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and guests, making professionalism and communication skills very important. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and supporting a busy office environment.

Requirements

  • Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience
  • Comfortable multitasking
  • Enjoys being the face and voice of the office
  • Values professionalism, teamwork, and keeping operations running smoothly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Comfortable using computers and completing data entry tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greeting guests, visitors, and clients at the front desk
  • Performing data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assisting with filing, scanning, and general clerical support
  • Supporting daily office operations with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Maintaining a welcoming and organized front desk area
  • Helping team members with additional projects as assigned
