About The Position

If so, look no further Sheehan Phinney is for you! We are hiring a Receptionist for our Manchester, NH location. This is often the first person that people interface with on behalf of the organization and is responsible for proactively promoting the firm’s client-first approach. Additional responsibilities include: opening/closing the office daily, greeting/routing callers and visitors, scheduling and maintaining appointments and conference room calendars, answering questions and addressing issues, following internal policies, performing administrative/clerical tasks, meeting support (including food and beverage needs), keeping track of staff members' whereabouts and availability, daily conference room and kitchen organization including stocking and maintenance of supplies. This role also assists with administrative work from other departments along with other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a professional office environment
  • Strong typing skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe
  • Proven ability to operate with discretion and tact
