About The Position

Sheehan Phinney is hiring a Receptionist for their Manchester, NH location. This role is often the first point of contact for the organization and is responsible for promoting the firm’s client-first approach. The position involves opening and closing the office daily, greeting and routing callers and visitors, managing appointments and conference room calendars, answering questions, following internal policies, performing administrative tasks, providing meeting support (including food and beverage needs), tracking staff availability, and organizing conference rooms and kitchens. The role also assists with administrative work from other departments and other assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a professional office environment
  • Strong typing skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe
  • Proven ability to operate with discretion and tact

Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing the office daily

  • Keeping track of staff members' whereabouts and availability
  • Daily conference room and kitchen organization including stocking and maintenance of supplies
  • Assisting with administrative work from other departments
  • Other tasks as assigned
