About The Position
Woodhouse Spa is seeking part-time and full-time Laundry/Housekeeping Specialists to help deliver a high-quality guest experience. The role ensures clean, fresh laundry is available throughout the day and maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the spa. Team members receive training in “The Woodhouse Way” and are expected to uphold Woodhouse standards, communicate with the hospitality team, and take pride in their work.
Responsibilities
- Ensure clean, fresh laundry is available throughout the day.
- Use appropriate tools and products to process laundry.
- Collect soiled laundry throughout the spa without distracting guests or team members.
- Maintain an organized workspace and put laundry in designated places.
- Keep the spa tidy and spotless, with close attention to detail.
- Clean floors and powder rooms daily using appropriate tools.
- Give extra sanitation attention to damp and moist areas.
- Keep the break room orderly and ensure dishes are not left in the sink.
- Ensure areas comply with Woodhouse standards and represent the Woodhouse brand.
- Greet guests with a smile.
- Communicate frequently with the hospitality team to meet and exceed expectations.
- Take pride in work and help provide guests with a positive experience.
