About The Position

Woodhouse Spa is hiring part-time and full-time Laundry/Housekeeping Specialists. The role helps provide an excellent guest experience by ensuring fresh laundry is available throughout the day and keeping spa spaces clean, organized, sanitary, and in line with Woodhouse standards. The company provides training in “The Woodhouse Way” and describes opportunities for advancement as team members develop their talents.

Responsibilities

Ensure clean, fresh laundry is available throughout the day.
Use the tools and products needed to process laundry.
Greet guests with a smile.
Collect soiled laundry throughout the spa without distracting guests or team members.
Maintain an organized workspace and place laundry in designated areas.
Keep the spa tidy and clean, with attention to detail.
Clean floors and powder rooms daily using appropriate tools.
Pay special attention to sanitation, particularly in damp and moist areas.
Keep the break room orderly and ensure dishes are not left in the sink.
Ensure areas comply with Woodhouse standards and represent the brand.
Take pride in work to support a positive guest experience.
Communicate frequently with the hospitality team to meet and exceed expectations.
