About The Position

Woodhouse Spa is hiring part-time and full-time Laundry/Housekeeping Specialists to help provide a high-quality guest experience. Specialists ensure clean, fresh laundry is available throughout the day, maintain clean and organized spa areas, and uphold Woodhouse standards. The company provides training in “The Woodhouse Way” and offers opportunities for team members to develop and advance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clean, fresh laundry is available throughout the day.
• Use the tools and products needed to maintain fresh laundry.
• Greet guests with a smile.
• Collect soiled laundry discreetly without distracting guests or team members.
• Keep the workspace organized and place laundry in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and order, including cleaning floors and powder rooms daily.
• Pay special attention to sanitation in damp and moist areas.
• Keep the break room in order and ensure dishes are not left in the sink.
• Ensure all areas comply with Woodhouse standards.
• Take pride in work and contribute to a positive guest experience.
• Communicate frequently with the hospitality team to meet and exceed expectations.
