About The Position

Woodhouse Spa is hiring part-time and full-time Laundry/Housekeeping Specialists to help maintain a clean, organized spa and provide an excellent guest experience. Specialists ensure fresh laundry is available throughout the day, use appropriate tools and products, and collect soiled laundry discreetly. They clean floors and powder rooms, give extra attention to damp and moist areas, keep the break room in order, and maintain Woodhouse brand standards. The role also involves greeting guests warmly, taking pride in the quality of the work, and communicating regularly with the hospitality team. The franchise is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by its management.

Responsibilities

Ensure clean, fresh laundry is available throughout the day.
Use the appropriate tools and products to maintain fresh laundry.
Greet guests with a smile.
Collect soiled laundry without distracting guests or team members.
Maintain an organized workspace and put laundry in designated places.
Keep the spa tidy and clean, including cleaning floors and powder rooms daily.
Give extra care to sanitation in damp and moist areas.
Keep the break room orderly and ensure dishes are not left in the sink.
Ensure all areas comply with Woodhouse standards.
Take pride in work to help provide guests with a high-quality experience.
Communicate frequently with the hospitality team to meet and exceed expectations.
