About The Position

The Laundry Aide supports housekeeping services by providing laundry services that help maintain a safe, sanitary, comfortable, and homelike environment for residents, staff, and the public. The role calls for a supportive presence with residents, teamwork toward excellent care, and the stamina, strength, and endurance needed to provide cleaning services. The aide is expected to demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence in interactions with residents, family members, customers, and staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Stamina, strength, and endurance to provide cleaning services.
• Ability to work as part of a team toward a common goal.
• Supportive presence when engaging with residents.
• Demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
