About The Position

Danville Regional Rehabilitation is seeking a Weekend Laundry Aide to support housekeeping services and help maintain a safe, sanitary, comfortable, and homelike environment for residents, staff, and the public. The role calls for a supportive presence, teamwork toward excellent resident care, and the stamina, strength, and endurance needed to provide cleaning services. Employees are expected to demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values—Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence—in interactions with residents, family members, customers, and staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Stamina, strength, and endurance to provide cleaning services.
• Ability to work toward a common goal with a team.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
