About The Position

VMP Healthcare and Community Living is seeking a Laundry Aide to collect, sort, process, repair, stock, store, and distribute laundry used in the facility and laundry supplied by the commercial linen company. The role follows prescribed washing, sanitation, and safety standards. The position is full-time. Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One to three months of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Sort and wash laundry.
• Dry and fold, hang, repair, and/or iron processed laundry.
• Maintain the equipment and environment.
• Collect, process, stock, store, and distribute facility laundry and laundry supplied by the commercial linen company according to prescribed washing, sanitation, and safety standards.
