We're seeking a Laser Operator to join our team and play a key role in producing high-quality stainless steel components. In this role, you'll operate and program state-of-the-art laser cutting equipment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional quality while supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
2+ years of experience operating CNC or laser cutting equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with stainless steel tubing and tube laser cutting strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of machine programming, G-code, CAD/CAM software, or similar systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Set up, program, and operate laser cutting machines for stainless steel tubing and components.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
Adjust machine parameters to achieve precise cuts and maximize machine performance.
Inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy and quality compliance.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Safely load, unload, and handle materials throughout the production process.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to improve processes and efficiency.
Follow all safety procedures and company standards to maintain a safe work environment.
