About The Position

1st and 2nd shift laser operator position. Candidates should be able to read a tape measure, calipers, and prints. The role requires the ability to stand for long periods of time in a shop that is not environmentally controlled and be able to lift 50lbs. We are willing to train candidates with steel or industrial shop experience. Preference will be given to candidates with industrial laser experience.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time (8-10 hours per day)
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Steel or industrial shop experience
• Good attitude
• Good attendance
• Good listening behavior
• Good communication skills
• Good transportation
• Excellent forklift driving skills
• Good general helper knowledge (counting parts, handwriting, palletizing, etc.)
• Willingness to work extended hours if necessary, including Friday nights
• Must practice good housekeeping
• Must be able to work with little or no supervision
• Must learn and retain quickly and work responsibly
