About The Position

AtWork Personnel is urgently hiring an experienced Laser Operator Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. We are looking for a skilled professional with hands-on laser machine operation experience who can produce high-quality parts while maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity standards.

Requirements

• Previous laser operator or laser cutting experience required.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating CNC laser equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate laser cutting equipment to produce precision metal parts.
• Set up and adjust laser machines according to job specifications.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings.
• Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow safety procedures.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
