About The Position

U.S. Tsubaki is hiring a Large Press Operator to set up and operate a variety of presses and produce parts that meet quality, ISO, blueprint, and customer requirements. The role includes selecting the correct material size and analysis and performing press operations such as cut-off, blanking, piercing, shaving, bending, offsetting, and straightening. The operator also uses material-handling equipment and is expected to exercise good judgment, work safely and responsibly, and work well with others. This is a safety-sensitive position on the third shift. The standard schedule is four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday. Overtime may be required on Fridays or Saturdays according to business needs.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
Proficient knowledge and use of calipers and other measuring devices.
Ability to accurately read and interpret production prints.
Working with presses and press setups is desired.
