About The Position

Our large format area is a critical part of our business because of the types of products and services we can provide a customer. This position is an operator type role in the large format department where you will be producing a number of signs and banners for customers. The role will also be used to help with installations onsite at a customer location in the Twin Falls area. We are looking for an individual that has an eye for detail, is mechanically inclined, is able to solve complex problems, is comfortable working on computers, is able to use a tape measure accurately, and physically able to be on your feet all day, lift products and work on items over you head. Will install a variety of products, from building signs to vehicle and wall graphics.

Requirements

  • Strongly preferred is previous sign and/or graphics installation experience
  • Good communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret work orders to determine the specifications and requirements for sign installation.
  • Prepare installation sites, including measuring and marking surfaces and ensuring that they are clean and free from debris.
  • Install and mount signs using a variety of tools and techniques, such as drilling, screwing, and gluing.
  • Repair and maintain existing signs, including replacing broken or damaged parts and ensuring that they are clean and functional.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and design, to ensure that sign installation meets customer and industry standards.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and other workers.
  • Record installation data and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
  • Drive company vehicles to transport signs and equipment to installation sites.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sign installation processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve their skills and knowledge of sign installation techniques and safety protocols.
