About The Position

The Large Format Account Manager (LFAM) is responsible for driving superior marketplace execution and customer service. The LFAM will have the opportunity to cultivate relationships and manage multiple priorities to make a positive business impact. The LFAM will be responsible for weekly sales orders, distribution & execution in Grocery Chains, Walmart & Target.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years consumer product sales or merchandising experience
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Team Spirit! We are looking for someone to inspire others
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop all assigned accounts relative to sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and customer service
• Take inventory and place orders for future delivery of Pepsi, Gatorade, Celsius, Starbucks & Lipton products
• Sell and execute promotions, solicit placement of equipment and sell sufficient product inventory
• Utilize point-of-purchase materials to stimulate sales
• Maintain and increase shelf facings, clean shelving and rotate product
• Provide excellent service to assigned accounts; create and maintain goodwill with all customers
• Coach our Merchandising team to execute promotions, build impactful displays and maintain accurate gondola & cooler sets
• Communicate to delivery personnel to coordinate accurate product/display placement at time of delivery.
