About The Position

Performs basic diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance on customer- and/or dealer-owned agricultural equipment. The role may require direction or guidance from the Service Manager or Shop Foreman and involves maintaining professional communication with company locations to ensure information flows appropriately. This is an on-site, safety-sensitive position in Kingfisher, Oklahoma.

Requirements

• Knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and techniques used to repair agricultural equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to use standard computer software, including diagnostic software and internet functions.
• Skill in operating vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes.
• Good driving record and safety habits.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to meet the described physical demands, including occasionally lifting or moving up to 75 pounds; reasonable accommodations may be made.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic agricultural equipment diagnostics and determine needed repairs when required.
• Perform basic agricultural equipment repairs as requested by the Service Manager or Shop Foreman.
• Participate in job-related training and development.
• Prepare required reports and forms associated with work assignments.
• Maintain current product knowledge of John Deere and competing products.
• Maintain the condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Keep the work area clean and organized and practice good safety habits.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
