About The Position
Language Trainers is an international language training company working with freelance teachers of 99+ languages in hundreds of cities worldwide. Founded in 2004, our motto is Any Language, Anytime, Anywhere. We provide customized language training to professionals and private students for work, family, and purposes. We are currently looking for a Chinese Teacher for one of our clients in Philadelphia, United States. This is a freelance, part-time position. The course is a General, one-to-one format with a total of 30 hours, with each session being two hours long. The student is a beginner, aged 17 and under, and is motivated to go to China and communicate with locals. The schedule is twice per week, with weekends being preferred earlier in the morning (around 9 am). The start date is ASAP. The schedule and location may be flexible based on availability, and the hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- Native Chinese speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
- Experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
- Valid work permit/visa
- Live within 20 miles of the specified location (Philadelphia, 19027)

Responsibilities
- Provide customized language training to professionals and private students for work, family, and travel purposes.
