About The Position
Language Trainers is seeking a Russian Teacher for a client in Vancouver, Canada. This is a freelance, part-time, one-to-one general Russian course with a total of 20 hours, consisting of two-hour sessions once a week. The schedule is flexible, with potential days including Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday afternoons after 1pm. The course is intended to help the student with future career prospects in engineering and his interest in history.
Requirements
- Native Russian speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.
- Valid work permit/visa.
- Live within 30 km of the specified location (V6T0A1, Vancouver).
- Ability to provide CV with references.
- Provide availability.
- Provide earliest possible start date.
Responsibilities
- Provide customized language training to a student.
- Conduct one-to-one Russian language sessions.
- Adapt to flexible scheduling and location based on availability.
