Requirements
- Previous landscaping or construction experience required
- Experience with hardscaping or masonry (for construction/mason roles)
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, pruning, edging, and clean-ups
- Install plantings, mulch, sod, and seasonal enhancements
- Assist with hardscape construction including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and stonework
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with crew members and follow direction from crew leaders
