This role involves conducting comprehensive financial and wealth planning analyses for high net worth (HNW) and ultra-high net worth (UHNW) Latin American (LATAM) clients. The primary focus is on identifying and addressing unique client objectives, ensuring alignment with long-term investment goals and family wealth structures. The position requires using the Spanish language to communicate with clients, validate their objectives, and prepare recommendations for investment products. Advanced financial modeling and market analysis will be utilized to tailor solutions to evolving client needs. The banker will meet with clients to provide sophisticated advisory services on portfolio construction and investment strategies, communicating these in Spanish. The role also includes performing market analyses and research to proactively identify and independently contact new HNW and UHNW private client prospects in Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay. Wealth management advice and solutions will be autonomously provided to these families, with a strong emphasis on using Spanish for client communication. The banker will address complex financial issues, propose innovative wealth management solutions, and be responsible for client experience, leveraging internal resources to deliver complete wealth management solutions. This includes marketing and implementing investment, banking, financing, and fiduciary solutions in Spanish. The role requires leveraging senior-level relationships with specialists and coordinating their advice on portfolio investment strategy, credit and lending transactions, and succession and fiduciary plans. Building trust and managing client relationships effectively in Spanish is crucial. The banker must ensure proposed solutions meet client needs and objectives, manage accounts to ensure completed profiles, introduce clients to appropriate product specialists, and maintain accounts properly. Responsibilities also include maintaining firm books and records, fulfilling know-your-client duties, observing cross-border regulations, collecting client information, and addressing anti-money laundering obligations. The role involves independently contacting, prospecting, and converting leads to new private clients, as well as providing on-the-job training to junior staff. Significant international travel to Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay (up to 40%) is required to meet clients.
