About The Position

High Associates is hiring Landscape Technicians for its Property Services team. The role helps maintain and enhance commercial properties, green spaces, walking trails, wetlands, waterways, and other environmental stewardship areas throughout Lancaster County, including Greenfield, a 600-acre mixed-use community. This is a full-time, year-round position with consistent work across all seasons, including landscape maintenance, environmental stewardship projects, and winter snow and ice management. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with availability for snow and ice removal on weekends when required.

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned grounds maintenance tasks.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment.
• Identify plants and weeds.
• Edge, mulch, trim, prune, mow, water, weed, and perform leaf cleanup.
• Help maintain landscaped areas, walking trails, wetlands, waterways, rain gardens, and other environmental stewardship areas.
• Assist with snow and ice removal as required, including weekends during snow events.
• Safely operate company vehicles and equipment in accordance with company standards.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
