About The Position

The Landscape Specialist is responsible for routine care and maintenance of the building and grounds at Sumner Place, as well as completing work orders in a timely manner. The role includes training on the work order system and troubleshooting other equipment concerns. This is a full-time position averaging 35 hours per week, with an on-call requirement. Scheduled hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Candidates should have high personal integrity and a passion for providing an outstanding facility for residents.

Requirements

• Active driver's license.
• High personal integrity and a passion for providing an outstanding facility for residents.
• Ability to remain active on one's feet and lift items up to 75 pounds, as well as push and carry items.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine care and maintenance of the building and grounds.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Learn the work order system and troubleshoot equipment concerns.
