About The Position

Agape Lawn Company is hiring a full-time Landscape Maintenance & Mowing Manager to oversee daily mowing and landscape maintenance operations. The role manages crews, coordinates schedules, oversees budgets, and drives operational efficiency and department profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a strong background in landscape maintenance operations, proven leadership experience, and the ability to manage larger teams while delivering exceptional results. The position offers an annual salary of $70,000–$75,000 based on experience.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance operations, preferably in a management role.
Proven experience managing multiple mowing and landscape maintenance crews.
Strong understanding of commercial and residential landscape maintenance services.
Experience managing budgets, larger teams, labor costs, and departmental profitability.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities
