About The Position

Berghoff Design Group is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and client-centric Account Manager to join its Maintenance team. The Account Manager, also called a Client Representative, serves as a horticulture concierge and liaison between clients and production teams. The role focuses on cultivating long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and delivering personalized service. The ideal candidate communicates proactively and has a strong appreciation for horticulture and luxury service. This employer participates in E-Verify. Requirements

Proven experience in client service, account management, or concierge roles.
Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape maintenance, and seasonal plant care.
Experience using CRM systems; Aspire is preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple client relationships with attention to detail and discretion.
Collaborative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for site visits.

Nice To Haves

Experience in high-end landscaping, hospitality, or luxury services.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure their needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
Conduct regular site visits to assess landscape conditions and client satisfaction.
Provide guidance on horticultural care, seasonal enhancements, and landscape improvements.
Translate client goals into actionable plans for production crews.
Coordinate with maintenance supervisors, crew leaders, and operations teams to support timely, high-quality service delivery.
Monitor service delivery and proactively address issues or required adjustments.
Anticipate client needs and recommend tailored landscape enhancements.
Maintain detailed records of client preferences, service history, and feedback.
Educate clients about plant care, seasonal changes, and landscape features.
Resolve client concerns professionally and urgently.
Advocate internally for client priorities and ensure client perspectives are represented in planning and execution.
