About The Position

The Landscape Account Manager oversees a portfolio of commercial landscape accounts to ensure client satisfaction, service quality, and operational success. The role manages client relationships, coordinates with production teams, and supports account performance through communication, inspections, and contract management. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, in-person, field-based position that includes visits to assigned properties.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in account management; landscaping or property services experience is preferred.
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
Working knowledge of landscape operations and service delivery standards.
Computer proficiency and ability to use business software and reporting tools.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must be insurable.
Ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

CPO license preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and property walk-throughs.
Inspect properties proactively, identify issues, and recommend solutions that fit client needs and budgets.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure quality, scheduling, and contract compliance.
Ensure properties consistently meet appearance, quality, and service expectations.
Support contract renewals, enhancements, and property measurements as needed.
Work with administrative staff to ensure accurate and timely contract documentation.
Represent Berman professionally with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
