About The Position

A Maintenance Crew Member is an integral part of the landscape team with key responsibilities, including: Trim and edge around sidewalks, flower beds, and walls Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and grass Trim/prune trees and shrubs Clean lawn debris with rakes, shovels, and blowers Install new landscaping materials Keep trucks & equipment clean and in good working order Follow the company’s safety policies and procedures consistently

Requirements

• Ability to operate standard landscaping equipment, such as riding mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Willingness and ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and walk long distances
• Willingness and ability to maintain a good work attendance record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• At least 18 years of age with legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver’s license
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
