About The Position

Liliput is seeking dedicated Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to perform general landscape maintenance and installation tasks that help keep residential properties clean, healthy, and attractive. The role works outdoors in various weather conditions and uses landscaping tools and equipment while following company safety procedures. The position includes mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, pruning, weeding, debris removal, planting, and assisting with irrigation repairs and adjustments. Crew members load, unload, and operate landscaping tools and equipment safely, wear required personal protective equipment, and perform other landscaping duties as assigned. Work may involve overtime or weekends based on business needs. The stated pay range is $18.50–$23.00. The employer participates in E-Verify. The job description also states that duties and responsibilities may change with or without notice.

Requirements

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Previous landscaping experience is preferred.
A valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

Mow, edge, trim, and blow landscape areas.
Prune shrubs, hedges, and small trees.
Pull weeds and remove debris from properties.
Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees as directed.
Assist with irrigation repairs and adjustments.
Load, unload, and safely operate landscaping tools and equipment.
Follow company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Perform other landscaping duties as assigned.
