About The Position
Tri Scapes is hiring a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to maintain commercial and municipal properties. The role involves routine landscape maintenance, detailed pruning and planting, and keeping sites clean and professional. The employee will safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment, apply fertilizers and treatments as directed, and follow the company’s safety culture. Tri Scapes is willing to train candidates with the right attitude and offers opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in various Georgia weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Dependable transportation to and from work.
Nice To Haves
- Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience; the company is willing to train the right person.
- A valid U.S. driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
Responsibilities
- Perform routine landscape tasks, including mowing, edging, weed eating, and blowing, with attention to clean lines and detail.
- Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and foliage according to designs; and apply mulch or pine straw.
- Keep parking lots, curbs, and public spaces free of debris and professional in appearance.
- Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools such as commercial mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Apply fertilizers and treatments as directed to maintain landscapes.
- Maintain a strict commitment to Tri Scapes’ safety culture on every job site.
