About The Position
Tri Scapes is hiring a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to maintain commercial and municipal properties. The role involves routine landscape care, detailed pruning and planting, applying mulch and treatments, and keeping outdoor areas clean and professional. The employee is expected to work safely, take pride in high-quality work, and contribute to a team-focused environment. Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying Georgia weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable transportation to and from work.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance; training is available for the right candidate.
- A valid U.S. driver’s license and clean MVR.
Responsibilities
- Perform mowing, edging, weed eating, and blowing, focusing on clean lines and detail.
- Prune trees and shrubs and plant flowers and foliage according to designs.
- Apply mulch or pine straw.
- Keep parking lots, curbs, and public spaces free of debris and looking professional.
- Safely operate and maintain commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping tools.
- Apply fertilizers and treatments as directed.
- Follow Tri Scapes’ safety culture at every job site.
