About The Position

Tri Scapes is hiring a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to maintain commercial and municipal properties. The role involves routine landscape maintenance, pruning, planting, applying mulch or pine straw, and keeping sites clean and presentable. The crew member is expected to operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely, apply fertilizers and treatments as directed, and follow Tri Scapes’ safety culture. Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in various Georgia weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable transportation to and from work.

Nice To Haves

• Previous landscaping or grounds-maintenance experience is a plus; the employer is willing to train the right candidate.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record (MVR) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscape tasks, including mowing, edging, weed eating, and blowing, with attention to clean lines and detail.
• Prune trees and shrubs, plant flowers and foliage according to designs, and apply mulch or pine straw.
• Keep parking lots, curbs, and public spaces free of debris and professional in appearance.
• Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, including commercial mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Apply fertilizers and treatments as directed to maintain healthy landscapes.
• Follow Tri Scapes’ safety culture at every job site.
