About The Position

Tri Scapes is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to maintain commercial and municipal properties. The role involves performing routine landscape work and detailed property upkeep, including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, applying mulch or pine straw, and keeping parking lots and public spaces clean. Crew members safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment, apply fertilizers and treatments as directed, and follow the company’s safety culture at every job site. The position offers opportunities for growth and development in a team-first environment.

Requirements

• Previous landscaping or grounds-maintenance experience is a plus; the company is willing to train candidates with the right attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in various Georgia weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable transportation to and from work.

Nice To Haves

• A valid U.S. driver’s license and a clean MVR.
• Previous landscaping or grounds-maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscape tasks, including mowing, edging, weed eating, and blowing, with attention to clean lines and detail.
• Prune trees and shrubs, plant flowers and foliage according to designs, and apply mulch or pine straw.
• Keep parking lots, curbs, and public spaces free of debris and looking professional.
• Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, including commercial mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Apply fertilizers and treatments as directed to maintain healthy landscapes.
• Follow Tri Scapes’ safety culture on every job site.
