About The Position

The Crew Member maintains a variety of landscape structures, ranging from grassy areas such as lawns and gardens to houseplants, and assists with pruning tasks during their shift. The role includes applying pesticides, performing general landscape maintenance, planting and caring for vegetation, and keeping outdoor areas healthy and attractive.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven work experience as a landscaper or in a similar role.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment, including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.
• Strong knowledge of pest management and basic lawn maintenance.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to oversee several projects at a time.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Apply pesticides to remove harmful insects such as mosquitos, wasps, and ticks.
• Perform general maintenance duties, such as cleaning walkways and fixing fountains.
• Trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls.
• Plant decorative bushes, flowers, plants, and shrubs.
• Remove weeds and dead plants to preserve plant health and natural beauty.
• Trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves to maintain an appealing appearance.
• Assist with pruning tasks during the shift.
