About The Position

Wesley’s Landscape & Lawn Care serves Hamilton County and surrounding areas with landscaping, hardscaping, and lawn care services. The company’s mission is to enhance clients’ properties while exceeding expectations through strong relationships and exceptional service. The Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader leads a team maintaining residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role involving landscape maintenance work, crew leadership and training, quality control, safety, equipment upkeep, and customer service. The crew leader helps ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard while keeping the team motivated.

Requirements

At least 2 years of landscaping or landscape maintenance experience.
Leadership ability and excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license; the role involves driving a truck with a trailer.
Willingness to work extra hours when business is busy.
A humble, motivated, kind approach, including leading by example and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

Supervise and guide the crew in maintaining residential and commercial properties.
Train team members, help develop their skills, and encourage continuous improvement.
Ensure work is completed on time, to a high standard, and with attention to detail.
Ensure the crew follows safety guidelines and maintains equipment properly.
Provide excellent customer service and address client needs.
Perform hands-on landscape maintenance, including mowing and trimming.
