About The Position
At CEPRA Landscape, Crew Leaders play a hands-on role in delivering landscape maintenance across commercial properties. They lead and motivate their teams, ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, and uphold high quality standards. The work includes both supervising the crew and performing landscape maintenance tasks alongside them. The position is based at 8279 U.S. 301, Wildwood, FL 34785, and the stated schedule is Monday through Thursday, with 10-hour shifts. Pay is $18.00–$20.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean record.
- Experience in commercial landscape maintenance or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- English communication skills; Spanish is a plus.
- Team-oriented approach, strong work ethic, and willingness to lead a group with diverse backgrounds.
- Physical ability to lift more than 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate crew members to complete landscape maintenance tasks safely and efficiently.
- Organize and prioritize work according to production plans, sequence tasks appropriately, and meet deadlines.
- Train and coach team members on proper techniques, safety procedures, and the use of tools and equipment.
- Communicate with management by providing timely site progress updates and proactively identifying hazards.
- Perform hands-on landscape maintenance alongside the crew, including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and mulching.
- Inspect jobs, identify punch-list items, and conduct quality control.
- Monitor equipment and perform preventative maintenance to keep tools, trucks, and power equipment in safe working condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies and programs.
