About The Position
The Landscape Crew Leader is a hands-on working supervisor who leads a crew on daily outdoor maintenance projects assigned by the manager. The role involves leading by example, working alongside the crew, and ensuring high-quality work and a safe job site. Projects include mowing, mulching, and planting sod to maintain client sites, as well as safely operating and assisting with irrigation and spraying equipment as needed. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a 7:00 AM start time, at 1000 Amble Drive, Charlotte, NC 28206.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on landscaping experience.
- Strong leadership skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift.
- Reliable work ethic and commitment to starting at 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with a good driving record.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team in mowing, mulching, and planting sod at client sites.
