About The Position
Russell Landscape is hiring an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader & Driver to lead a crew providing high-quality maintenance services throughout the Raleigh area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong landscape knowledge and the ability to manage people and equipment efficiently.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of landscape maintenance experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience driving trucks and towing trailers.
- Strong knowledge of plant care, turf maintenance, and irrigation systems.
Nice To Haves
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew of 2–5 team members.
- Drive trucks and tow trailers to transport the crew and equipment.
- Ensure mowing, trimming, pruning, edging, and other maintenance tasks meet company standards.
- Train crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures.
- Monitor daily job progress and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct vehicle and equipment inspections.
- Communicate with clients and management as needed.
