About The Position

Sojourn Resorts is developing a micro-lodging/Tiny Home park in Sevierville, opening in Summer 2025. The park will feature 38 homes and amenities such as viewing decks, hot tubs, food trucks, walking trails, and fire pits. We are seeking a Hardscape-Landscape Architect to provide design ideas and potentially manage the implementation of the project. The role requires creative input for walkways, boundary fencing, fire pits, sitting areas, and a dog park, with a strong emphasis on cost-effectiveness. We have an in-house crew and equipment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a landscape designer/artist in parks, resorts etc.
• Aware of local architecture of the Smoky Mountains
• Ability to project manage a team of landscapers (if needed)
• Hands-on experience in implementing multiple landscaping projects.

Nice To Haves

• Local individuals with significant experience designing and laying out RV parks.
• Experience working in a landscaping company.
• Looking for additional income on the side.

Responsibilities
