Commercial Landscape Crew Lead - Chandler
About The Position
Environment Control is hiring a Landscape Crew Lead to oversee maintenance properties in Chandler and the surrounding areas. The role involves leading and working alongside a landscape crew to maintain property quality and efficiency in a physically demanding outdoor environment. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with hours varying by season. Pay is $18.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience and driving eligibility. A company vehicle is provided while on the clock; employees must arrange their own transportation to and from the main office. Requirements
- At least 1 year of verifiable work experience within the last 5 years.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a crew and communicate with management.
- Valid driver's license and a clean 3-year Motor Vehicle Record to drive company vehicles.
- Driving record must be free of recent at-fault accidents, suspensions, or major moving violations.
- Reliable personal transportation to commute to and from the main office daily.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.

- Experience with irrigation systems and timers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a crew performing trimming, weeding, mowing, raking, and debris removal.
- Apply proper pruning knowledge to maintain healthy, well-kept properties.
- Maintain high quality control while working at an efficient, energetic pace.
- Manage and motivate crew members and communicate effectively with the crew and management.
