About The Position
Pacific Green Landscape is hiring experienced, dependable, and motivated Crew Leaders to provide professional landscape maintenance services for communities and commercial properties throughout San Diego County. The role involves supervising and training a landscape crew, operating landscaping equipment, maintaining properties, and helping ensure work is completed safely and professionally. The position is based in the Chula Vista, California area. Transportation is available from the border to the La Jolla reporting area.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven landscape maintenance experience.
- Experience supervising and training landscape crews.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and repairs.
- Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment safely.
- Knowledge of fertilizers and landscape chemical applications.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
