About The Position

Walmart is hiring a Landscape Crew Leader to lead a team of exterior service technicians and help deliver high-quality exterior maintenance and customer service. The role involves maintaining commercial landscapes and building grounds to help provide a safe, clean environment for customers. The crew leader facilitates on-the-job training in work processes, equipment use, and asset safety, and performs landscaping and exterior maintenance work as needed.

The position requires experience leading teams in commercial landscaping or exterior building maintenance, a valid state-issued driver's license, and a high school diploma or equivalent. The posting lists pay of $26.00–$51.00 per hour based on experience, excluding additional geography-based pay.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial landscaping or exterior building maintenance and leading teams.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership skills and ability to facilitate on-the-job training.
• Proficiency using phones, tablets, and laptops for work order management and record-keeping.
• Ability and willingness to perform landscaping tasks, with or without specialized equipment.
• Knowledge of planting, pruning techniques, and pest and disease management through chemical applications.
• Experience in commercial exterior maintenance, including irrigation, pressure washing, and exterior building and grounds maintenance.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to troubleshoot and prioritize work.
• Commitment to company policies, procedures, ethics, integrity, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of exterior service technicians to support service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate on-the-job training on work processes, equipment usage, and asset safety practices.
• Perform landscaping tasks such as cutting grass and managing weeds, with or without specialized equipment.
• Maintain commercial exterior spaces, including irrigation, pressure washing, and building and grounds maintenance.
• Apply knowledge of planting, pruning, and pest and disease management through chemical applications.
• Use technology for work order management and record-keeping.
• Troubleshoot and prioritize work while providing customer service.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, ethics, integrity, and safety standards.
