About The Position

Walmart is hiring a Landscape Crew Leader to lead a team of exterior service technicians and help deliver excellent service and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on commercial landscape management and exterior building and grounds maintenance, maintaining clean and safe exterior spaces for customers. The crew leader provides on-the-job training on processes, equipment use, and asset safety practices, while also performing landscaping and maintenance tasks. The position requires at least two years of commercial landscaping or exterior building maintenance experience, including team leadership, a valid state-issued driver's license, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial landscaping or exterior building maintenance and leading teams.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to facilitate on-the-job training.
• Proficiency using phones, tablets, and laptops for work order management and record-keeping.
• Ability and willingness to perform landscaping tasks, with or without specialized equipment.
• Knowledge of planting, pruning techniques, and pest and disease management through chemical applications.
• Experience in commercial exterior maintenance, including irrigation, pressure washing, and exterior building and grounds maintenance.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to troubleshoot and prioritize work.
• Commitment to company policies, procedures, ethics, integrity, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of exterior service technicians in delivering exterior services and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate on-the-job training on processes, equipment usage, and asset safety practices.
• Perform landscaping tasks such as cutting grass and managing weeds, with or without specialized equipment.
• Maintain exterior areas, including planting, pruning, and managing pests and diseases through chemical applications.
• Perform commercial exterior maintenance, including irrigation, pressure washing, and building and grounds maintenance.
• Use technology for work order management and record-keeping.
• Troubleshoot and prioritize work while providing strong customer service.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and standards for ethics, integrity, and safety.
