About The Position

We are looking for a reliable, sharp-eyed Spotter to be the boots-on-the-ground leader at our site. Requirements

Reliability: Show up on time and ready to work.
Toughness: Not afraid of a little weather.
Communication: Comfortable talking to drivers and team members clearly.
Valid Driver’s License: Required to help move between sites when needed.
Physical Ability: Can comfortably lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet.
Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located is required.
Successful candidates will be required to provide valid documentation confirming their eligibility to work in the country where the job is located prior to their start date.

Responsibilities

Direct incoming trucks to the right spots for unloading.
Help customers get in and out quickly and safely.
Work alongside heavy equipment operators (Wheel Loaders/Backhoes) to keep the site organized.
Spot potential hazards or incidents before they happen and report them to the team.
