About The Position
Quality Engineering & Surveying (QES) is seeking a Land Development Engineer to join our expanding engineering team. In this role, you'll help deliver innovative land development solutions for residential, commercial, industrial, and public-sector projects. From initial concept through construction, you'll play a key role in designing infrastructure that supports growth throughout Louisiana and beyond.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- EIT required
- 3+ years of land development experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong technical and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- PE preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop grading, drainage, utility, and roadway designs
- Prepare construction plans, reports, and calculations
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Support project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Contribute to successful project execution from start to finish
